Outsource Marketing work - MLM? Blogging? Forums? Classified Ads?

London based busy Estate Agent has both a Lettings Department and a Sales Department. The company spends in excess of £2000 per month on internet marketing to bring in tenants and potential landlords.

Finding Landlords is proving more difficult. The company currently has its Negotiators focusing on hunting potential landlords on internet directories, forums, classified adverts and many other mediums.

The company also has two Administrators, one of which primarily focuses on replyin to client queries generated from the internet marketing via email.

The company also wishes to build a strong brand image, currently trying to exploit social networking to gather local people. This task is assigned to an employee alone.

Our Consultants recognised the following roles which could be outsourced to Staff India:

(a) 2 staff focusing on hunting landlords so that Negotiators can focus on closing deals.

(b) 1 Administrator dealing client queries via email and co-ordinating queries to appropriate department members.

(c) 1 staff to focus on social networking to help build a brand image.

Currently each member of staff is being paid £15,000 per annum plus commissions on succesfully closed deals.

The London based estate agent is currently enjoying the huge savings as well as getting the same results as before. Management has express the desire to double up on every staff outsourced, i.e. two staff as they are still saving on the UK salaries.

Other local agents have followed suite and currently outsource jobs with Staff India.
