London based busy Estate Agent has both a Lettings Department and a Sales Department. The company spends in excess of £2000 per month on internet marketing to bring in tenants and potential landlords.
Finding Landlords is proving more difficult. The company currently has its Negotiators focusing on hunting potential landlords on internet directories, forums, classified adverts and many other mediums.
