We are an UK Based company, working with a UK mentality and approach to clients. You may be thinking, can an Indian company really understand my requirements and needs? Will they really understand my culture and adapt their virtual employees to work around my culture?

We certainly will be speaking the same language throughout the process. Our Consultants are based in UK, live in UK and are the first point of contact for all our clients.

3 Stage recruitment process

Hiring Our staff are hand picked by our founder ex-Accenture Consultant. Our staff go through a 3 stage interview process. This ensures we select the most capable candidates to work for Staff India and eventually for our clients. All our staff are educated to degree level and possess good English speaking and writing skills.

Dealing with a company, not individuals

Outosurcing work to virtual employees from Staff India is a wiser decision rather than hiring an individual virtual employee or freelancer. Because a company can handle a wide variety of services where as an individual virtual employee or freelancer’s services may be limited depending on the skill levels of the virtual employee.
